MIx spices with venison Roll meat between sheets of waxed paper to ½", thickness. Mix liquid smoke and water and brush on meat You can cut in strips now and place on dryer or leave in bigger pieces optional
the rest I put in but is optional (liquid smoke hickory or mesquite, Tea spoon of brown sugar teriyaki sauce) like I said you can add to the basics what ever Strikes your fancy for spices.
Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours remix and put back in for another 24 hours remix and do the same again. You can then roll out between waxed paper to ¼ thickness or what ever you want, cut into strips, roll by hand into peppers, roll by hand into little balls between the sizes of dear and moose droppings. Put on dryer. Dryers are different my old one took about 12 hours I guess after a few hours check. Any questions just ask ENJOY.
